I began using TLA Medicolegal and 3D Health UK in 2021 and I am very glad I did so. Acting for seriously injured Claimants, using suboptimal Part 35 experts is a waste of time and money. TLA are especially good at assisting with expert selection, whether in terms of geographical proximity to a client, or else on price, and they are flexible about approaching experts I might like to use but who are not currently among TLA’s panel of experts. They save me an inordinate amount of time which, in a small PI firm like ours, we cannot afford to waste.
